Multilingualism is Canadian

Multilingualism is a key concept for Canadians. We are a multicultural and a multilingual country, and we have been officially bilingual since 1969. In addition to supporting English and French, we must also support other languages. Our multilingual and multicultural heritage runs strong and free—and that should make our hearts glow.
